Went for dessert and ended up getting the Shepherds pie, zucchini bread, carrot cake, and tiramisu. The shepherds pie was delicious, and just the right amount. While there I had mentioned that the carrot cake looked like my late aunt used to make; southern woman from the hills of Kentucky. It wasn’t Brenda Gail’s but it is a very close second to it. All in all, everything was delicious and we will go back again.

I wanted to try a birthday cake from Kalindi’s as my family has tried her single serve options at Fresh Farms Market in Grosse Pointe. I needed a whole cake so we went there. The cake was delicious but beyond the flavor the frosting was decorated in meticulous full ombré roses throughout the whole of the cake. It was stunning! The cake was beautiful and superb tasting. Thanks for making a family birthday very special!

Absolutely delicious cakes and pies. Wonderful small business w/ very affordable prices for homemade quality baked goods. I love their carrot cake, and the key lime pie! Yummy! Highly recommend this cute little bakery.

Their German Chocolate cake is amazing. The chicken pot pie was ehhhh. It tasted like the Banquet ones that you get out of the frozen isle in the grocery store. It just was bigger and had more gravy. I’ve definitely had better from the bakery at Randazzo’s (it’s amazing). But the cake was great. And I’ve also had the chocolate mousse cake before and it was delicious as well. Definitely try their cakes. They give you a lot of cake for the price. FYI Ordered delivery through door dash

UPDATE: There should be a line out their door!! AGAIN 10/10 on everything I got today. They have lunch meals that are enough for 2 people!! I got the spaghetti w/ meatballs today and it's delicious! The flavor is perfect, not too much sauce and also not dry. I picked up the Cinnamon rolls, a slice of cannoli cake, and cannolis (which they make when you order so they aren't soggy.) They also had these cookies that were covered in almonds, no idea what they were but they were absolutely FANTASTIC!! They had a nice crust one the outside and the inside was the perfect chewy consistency. And I'm not sure what the other dessert is I got but if it's anything like the rest then it will be divine!! The owners are so talented and the food they make is just absolutely phenomenal!! If you are looking for delicious desserts or a quick lunch to go, DEFINATELY STOP IN!! (SEE UPDATE) This is my first time at Kalindi's. I bought a dessert tray for my co-workers, lemon bars for my boyfriend, and their feature item today was a bailey's cheesecake (which I got for myself 🙃).
